Jared Josephsen

Jared Josephsen currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Lattice Semiconductor, specializing in low-power FPGAs. With a military background as an Infantry Officer in the Army National Guard since 2001, Jared Josephsen has extensive leadership experience and has completed several overseas deployments, including missions in Africa, Egypt, and Iraq. Prior to Lattice Semiconductor, Jared Josephsen held key legal positions including Chief Legal Officer at Outdoorsy, Senior Attorney at Itron, Senior Corporate Counsel at Rackspace Technology, and Corporate Attorney at prestigious law firms such as Wilson Sonsini and Ropes & Gray. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and degrees in Finance, Economics, and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
