Bruce Hartwell

Bruce Hartwell has extensive experience in information technology and business systems, currently serving as Vice President of IT & Business Systems at Lattice since January 2025. Previously, Bruce held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Zendesk, where responsibilities included managing systems and technology solutions for customer experiences and business processes. Bruce also served as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at WageWorks, Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at Westfield, and CIO at both Metrolink and KeHE & DPI Specialty Foods. Bruce's career began at Warner Bros. Entertainment as Director of MIS Supply Chain Systems and earlier at ConAgra Grocery Products as Manager of Integration Services. Bruce holds an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Woodbury University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
