Donald Knight

Donald Knight serves as the Chief People Officer at Greenhouse Software, where a focus on people-first strategies has garnered recognition for creating a supportive workplace culture. In addition to this role, Donald is involved with the CPO Council at Lattice and as an advisor for PeopleTech Partners, contributing to the evolution of HR practices. Donald also holds a council membership with the CNBC Workforce Executive Council, promoting collaboration among HR professionals. Furthermore, as a partner and co-founder of Proximity Media, Donald helps produce content aimed at fostering community. Previous experiences include senior HR leadership roles at Edelman and Equifax, along with a background in business development and financial analysis. Donald holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
