Eric Schuchman

Eric Schuchman is currently working as the Chief Product Officer and Head of Engineering, Product, and Design at Lattice since March 2023. Previously, they held the role of Head of Product & General Manager at Gusto from March 2021 to March 2023, where they played a crucial role in scaling the company and its revenue. Before that, they served as the Head of Product at Gusto from November 2014 to September 2021. Eric also worked as the Director of Product at Location Labs, a mobile security company, from July 2011 to October 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager II from September 2008 to July 2011 and as a Program Manager Intern from May 2007 to August 2007.

Eric Schuchman holds a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Computer Engineering from Duke University.
