Jordan Rozsa has a diverse work experience in various customer-focused roles. They started their career at Indiegogo in 2012 as a Customer Happiness Agent and later became a Customer Happiness Supervisor, focusing on payments. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Business Intelligence Associate. In 2016, they joined Caviar, Inc. as an Operations Manager and stayed there until 2017. At brightwheel, from 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working at Lattice, where they have progressed from Customer Success Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager and are currently serving as the Manager of Customer Onboarding.
