Kathy Luo

Kathy Luo has extensive work experience as a software engineer, specializing in full stack development. Kathy currently works at Lattice as a Software Engineer on the Performance Reviews team, where they are responsible for the flagship product. Prior to this, Kathy worked at Box as a Software Engineer, contributing to improvements in online sales and in-app admin experiences. Kathy also worked at Adobe as a Software Engineer, focusing on frontend React/Redux changes and UX upgrades. Before joining Adobe, Kathy held the role of Associate Software Engineer at Marketo, where they worked on a sales engagement platform. Additionally, they have experience as a Computer Vision Team Member at CTI One Corporation, a Web Development Contractor at PIC, and a Research Associate at Compugen Ltd. Kathy began their career as a Software/Hardware Systems Verification Specialist II at Becton Dickinson. Overall, Kathy has demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, React, Relay, GraphQL, and Node, and has consistently contributed to the success of each organization they have worked for.

Kathy Luo began their education at UC San Diego in 2011 and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General in 2014. After a brief break, they pursued further education at App Academy in 2016, specializing in Software Development and completing their studies in 2017. Kathy then decided to enhance their skills in Software Engineering and enrolled in the Master of Science (M.S.) program at California State University, Fullerton, expected to graduate in 2022.
