Natasha Hede

Natasha Hede has a diverse work experience spanning different fields. Natasha began their career as a Teacher Assistant at Roberts Elementary in 2011. Natasha then worked as an Independent Researcher at the University of Houston from 2013 to 2013. In 2015, Natasha joined Baylor College of Medicine as a Student Researcher. Natasha later worked as an Intern at Rice University in 2016.

In 2016, Natasha transitioned into the tech industry, starting as a Web Developer at bringpro. Natasha was responsible for designing and developing a web application using C#, Web API, and MVC 5.x. Natasha then moved to Dynamic Signal in 2017, where they served as a Software Engineer. During their time there, Natasha played a key role in various projects, such as spearheading the development of an onboarding and user authentication system and leading the development of a mobile and frontend redesign. Natasha also contributed to investigating React as a framework and redesigning an API Documentation website.

From 2019 to 2020, Natasha held the position of Engineering Manager at Dynamic Signal, where they managed a team of engineers. Currently, they are working at Lattice as a Senior Software Engineer on the Engagement Team. Natasha is also a Technical Lead at Lattice, responsible for guiding and overseeing technical projects. Prior to their current roles, they worked as a Software Engineer on the Goals Team at Lattice.

Natasha Hede completed their high school education at The Woodlands College Park High School from 2005 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biology at the University of Houston from 2010 to 2015. Following that, Natasha acquired an Advanced Technical Certificate in Biotechnology from Lone Star College, which they completed from 2015 to 2016.
