Nicole Oltman

Nicole Oltman has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2020 to the present, they have worked at Lattice, starting as a Customer Success Manager, then progressing to Senior Customer Success Manager, and is currently a Strategic Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Copper from 2017 to 2020, where they served as a Customer Success Manager and an Adoption Program Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Sales Development Representative at Copper from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Copper, Nicole took a traveling sabbatical as a self-employed individual from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they were an Au Pair at AuPairWorld in 2016 and a Waitress at Cheekyburger from 2015 to 2016. Nicole also worked at Oracle from 2014 to 2015 as a Business Intelligence Sales and Marketing Development Representative. Nicole gained experience as an Event Coordinator & Wait Staff at Central Coast Brewing from 2013 to 2014 and as a Victim Witness Intern at the San Luis Obispo District Attorneys Office from 2013 to 2013. In 2011, they worked as an Account Executive at Mustang Daily, where they were responsible for selling advertising space in Cal Poly's newspaper and attended a convention to improve advertising strategies. Lastly, in 2010, Nicole worked as a Head Lifeguard at Mercer Island Beach Club.

Nicole Oltman completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Nicole attended the university from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they participated in a study abroad program at CEA Global Campus Barcelona, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution. Prior to their university studies, Nicole Oltman attended Mercer Island High School from 2006 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Copper Certified Administrator certification from Copper in March 2020, and completed the Sandler Sales & Management Training from Sandler Training in August 2014.
