Ryan Hinshaw

Ryan Hinshaw is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product, New Product at Lattice since December 2017, where responsibilities include building innovative products and hiring engineers, designers, and product managers. Prior to Lattice, Ryan led strategic growth initiatives and significantly changed Zenefits' business model to HR SaaS while holding roles that included Product Manager and Manager of the Implementation Team, achieving substantial improvements in product functionality and operational efficiency. Ryan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
