Senior Director Of People Partnering at Lattice

Sophie Hurcombe has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on people strategy, talent management, and culture development. Sophie most recently worked at Lattice, starting in June 2021 as a Senior People Partner and later transitioning to the role of Senior Manager, People Partner in June 2022. Prior to this, Sophie held the position of Senior People Partner at Canva from November 2020 to April 2021, where they partnered with the Canva Pro & Canva Enterprise product and technology groups to deliver company-wide people programs and drive high-impact people planning processes.

Before joining Canva, Sophie served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Workfront, an Adobe company, from November 2018 to September 2020. Sophie also worked as a Learning & Development Coordinator at Thales Australia, overseeing training programs and implementing culture change projects. Sophie began their career as a Client Services Office Manager at Excen Corporate Centres, where they managed and trained reception staff.

Throughout their career, Sophie has demonstrated a strong focus on creating contagious cultures, partnering with leadership teams, and delivering impactful people programs.

Sophie Hurcombe attended UNSW from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their areas of focus within the degree program were Human Resource Management, Sociology, and Anthropology.
