Gino Shiau

Gino Shiau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gino most recently served as the Head of Operations at LatticeWork's US headquarters, where they established and reviewed corporate policies and procedures and managed budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Gino also ensured legal and regulatory compliance by working with the HR and Legal teams.

Prior to that, Gino was an Executive Board Member at The Asian Health Project Foundation. Before that, they worked at IVX, Inc as the Manager of System Engineering, leading and managing the System Engineering team to support customers of IVX hosted interactive media services. Gino also oversaw online support, corporate training, network deployment, and ecommerce projects. Gino also worked at Argustek Corp. as a Project Manager, leading business development projects and assisting the marketing and sales team in product marketing strategies. Gino collaborated with multinational corporations for potential strategic partnerships and allocated resources for R&D in the USA and Taiwan. Earlier in their career, Gino served as a Project/Product Marketing Manager at DynaVista Inc., overseeing marketing projects within the PC Peripherals Distribution Industry.
