Vice President Of Growth and Business Development at Lattitude

Dalian Washington has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dalian most recently served as the Vice President of Growth and Business Development at Lattitude since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Option D, Inc starting from September 2022. From July 2018 to January 2023, Dalian served as the Commander for the 87 Mission Support Group. Dalian also worked as the Deputy Division Chief at USAF HQ/A1 from June 2016 to July 2018, where they initiated and oversaw the integration of leadership development policies and programs for all United States Air Force personnel. In addition, as a U.S. Army War College Student from July 2015 to June 2016, they gained valuable knowledge and experience. Before this, they served as the Branch Chief from June 2013 to June 2015. Dalian was also involved with the Family Service Foundation (FSF) as a member of the Board of Directors from October 2013 to June 2016. Finally, they served as the Squadron Commander at US Air Force Services from January 2011 to June 2013, successfully managing and supporting a wide range of business activities.

Dalian Washington obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Alabama State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2003, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Troy University, completing their studies in 2005. Later, in 2009 and 2010, they attended the Naval Postgraduate School, focusing on National Security (International Relations and Affairs), and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. Finally, in 2015 and 2016, they furthered their education at the U.S. Army War College, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in National Security Policy Studies.
