Frank Sette

Frank Sette is the President and CEO of HOAworks, a software-as-a-service platform launched in July 2022 that simplifies homeowner association self-management. Previously, Frank served as Managing Partner at Rustik from December 2020 to June 2023, where software development service revenue increased by 200% annually. Frank's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Senior Vice President at Social Sentinel, Inc., where two new divisions were launched, and Chief Revenue Officer at IZEA, which saw revenue growth of 440%. Other notable positions include Vice President of Sales at Vendini and Executive Vice President at SiteOne Services, both of which contributed to significant sales growth and market expansion. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Global Technology Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College.
