Janis Kalejs

Janis Kalejs, MBA, serves as the Head of Deal Management at Latvenergo AS in the Energy Trading Department, where responsibilities include negotiating LNG and natural gas contracts, price calculations, and developing the natural gas trading business across multiple regions. Previously held positions include Vice President of Wholesale and Head of Wholesale at Latvijas Gāze, leading natural gas trading and team management. Janis also co-founded and directed various ventures in the automotive industry, including MyVIN.eu and PRORENT, and has gained extensive experience in sales, logistics, and project management. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Riga Business School and an LLB from Latvijas Universitate, complemented by courses in automotive laws and ethics.
