Elena Rodionova

Elena Rodionova is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Latvijas Finieris AS since April 2023, Elena previously held multiple positions at Groglass, including HR Project Manager, Senior HR, and HR Specialist from November 2016 to April 2023, and worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from November 2013 to December 2014. Elena holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Latvijas Universitate (2007-2011).
