Anna Rozenvalde

Anna Rozenvalde has a diverse work experience in the field of TV content acquisitions and film programming. Anna started their career at the International Centre of Cinema in 1998 as a programmer and film festival curator. Anna then joined Latvian Public Television in 2006, where they worked as the Head of TV Content Acquisitions and Editor/Buyer for two main public channels. In 2015, Anna joined Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA as the Head of TV Content Acquisitions. Throughout their career, they have been involved in program selection, buying, scheduling, and negotiating acquisition deals with distributors. Anna has a strong focus on feature films and has curated film programs for various major film events in Latvia.

From 1982 to 1993, Anna attended Rīgas 64. vidusskola, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study.

Anna then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of Latvia from 1993 to 1998.

Anna continued their education at Latvijas Universitāte, where they obtained a Master of Social Sciences degree in Political Science from 1993 to 2001.

From 1999 to 2000, they attended the University of Hull and completed their Master of Arts degree in Politics.

In 2003, Anna obtained a European Diploma in Cultural Management, which they completed in 2004, focusing on cultural management.
