Uldis Tukans

Uldis Tukans has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Uldis began their career in 1993 as a Developer at SIA "Informatīvais Skaitļošanas centrs - 93". From there, they worked as an Information Systems Manager at SIA "Salvo AB" and then as an Electronics Engineer at SIA "Baltkom Plus". Uldis then transitioned to a Databases and Computer Networks Engineer role at SIA "Baltkom GSM". In 2000, they joined SIA "Tele2" as a Billing Operations and Support Specialist, and later took on the role of Solution Support Manager, CRM & OMS Support Manager, and OM Support & Maintenance Manager at the Tele2 Shared Service Center. In 2006, they became the Billing Operations Manager before assuming the position of Central NOC Manager and later Head of Billing Management Division at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA. Uldis Tukans' most recent role is that of Head of Billing Management Division at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA.

Uldis Tukans earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from Riga Technical University/Faculty of Automatics & Computer Science/Information Technology Institute in the years 1992 to 1995. This was followed by a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the same institution, attended from 1995 to 1997. Later, Uldis pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and qualification Companies and Institutions Manager from the School of Business Administration Turība / Faculty of Business Administration, attending from 2008 to 2010.
