Tim LaFrankie

Tim LaFrankie has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and positions. Tim is currently the Regional Vice President of Sales at Laudio, a company that specializes in reducing healthcare staff burnout by promoting leadership best practices. Prior to this, Tim worked as an Account Manager at iCIMS, where they helped organizations attract and hire talent. Tim also served as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales - Healthcare Specialty at EdCast, a learning experience platform that focuses on re-skilling and up-skilling the workforce. Earlier in their career, Tim held various sales roles in companies like HealthcareSource, HireDesk, Webhire, Taleo, Romac International, and Oracle. These positions allowed him to develop expertise in talent management software, applicant tracking systems, and contract management.

Tim LaFrankie earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Tim attended the university from 1985 to 1990.
