Tom Hills has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Laudio, where they are responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue growth targets. As one of the initial members of the executive team, they established Laudio's sales organization, developed the sales team, and created the go-to-market plan and sales playbook.
Prior to their role at Laudio, Tom worked at PerfectServe as the Executive Vice President for ten years. Before joining PerfectServe, Tom held the position of Vice President, Sales at CarePages. Tom played a key role in transforming the start-up web-driven social support service into a high-growth firm. During their tenure, the company served more than 700 hospitals and 3 million patients and families in the US and Canada before its acquisition by Revolution Health.
Tom also has experience working at Wall Street Systems as the Director, Corporate Channel, and at Procter & Gamble, where they served in senior financial management roles, including leading the investor relations organization and managing the finance organization for the Snacks category.

Tom Hills has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
