Fiona Hall

Fiona Hall GAICD currently serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Commercial at Beach Energy Ltd since November 2024. Prior to this role, Fiona Hall held several prominent positions at Rio Tinto from January 2021 to September 2024, including Global Head of Bulk Marketing and ESG and General Manager of Strategic Marketing for Iron Ore. At Santos Ltd, from January 2015 to December 2020, Fiona Hall was General Manager for LNG and Liquids, overseeing a sales revenue of approximately US$2.8 billion and implementing significant marketing strategies and optimizations in the LNG and liquids portfolio. Earlier experience includes positions at Cuadrilla Resources, McKinsey & Company, and Shell Energy Europe Ltd, where Fiona Hall specialized in gas origination, commercial deal structuring, and market analysis. Fiona Hall earned a First in BSc (Hons) in International Management with American Business Studies from The University of Manchester between 2002 and 2006.
