David Hoyle

David Hoyle has a strong background in materials science and research, with experience in roles such as Materials Services Manager at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Durham University. David has expertise in high voltage materials, composites, numerical analysis, and complex fluids. David's work involves testing materials for various sectors and conducting research to understand material stability in challenging conditions. David also has experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in mathematics. David holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Leeds and has received an Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy for their teaching contributions.
