Marie Kelly is an accomplished professional specializing in innovation management and technical program leadership in the fields of offshore marine renewables and geographical data applications. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager for Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since May 2022, Marie previously held various key roles at Aberystwyth University, including Senior Technical Program Manager for the GEOM initiative and Project Coordinator for VetHub 1. Marie's experience also encompasses positions as a Research Development Officer and Business Development Officer, contributing to projects in sustainable agriculture, spatial intelligence, and the space industry. Prior roles included consultancy work for organizations in Tanzania and extensive modeling responsibilities in clean and wastewater management. Marie holds an MSc in Environmental Modelling from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Geography and Geology from the same institution.
