Ralph Manchester currently serves as Head of Products and Services at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since April 2023 and is an active member of the Innovation Group Leadership Team at Energi Coast, where strategic direction for the offshore wind cluster is guided. Additionally, Ralph Manchester has been part of the Mechanical Engineering Industry Advisory Board and the Industrial Partnership Committee at Durham University since September 2014, providing industrial advice and project reviews. As Co-Chair of the Offshore Energy & Underwater Markets stakeholder group for North East LEP, Ralph Manchester contributes to shaping regional strategies to support sector growth. Previous roles include Technical Partner and Subsea Products Technical Manager at Royal IHC, among other engineering positions at Soil Machine Dynamics Ltd and Rolls-Royce. Ralph Manchester holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University.
