Charles Ottar Mobley

Charles Ottar Mobley is currently the Chief Deployment Officer at Launch Alaska, leading strategic initiatives to accelerate energy transition in Alaska while cultivating partnerships across various sectors. Previously, as Deployment Director at Launch Alaska, Charles managed projects involving climate technology across the state. Charles has owned Heritage Consulting Services since 2005, offering a variety of archaeological and cultural consultation services. In a prior role as Program Manager at Trinity Technology Group, Charles oversaw a significant federal contract, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Charles served as a City Councilman, including a vice mayor term, in Thorne Bay and contributed archaeological services for the U.S. Forest Service. Charles holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and advanced degrees in archaeology and project management from the University of Cambridge, Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s from Millsaps College.
