Roger Ripp

Roger Ripp, MSCE, currently serves as Vice President of Energy and Utilities at Launch Consulting Group, guiding organizations in the Electric and Utility industry through digital transformation processes since August 2025. Prior to this role, Roger acted as General Manager at Qualus and held several positions at PFES, including Senior Vice President Operations and Vice President of Operations. Roger's extensive background also includes independent consultancy focused on capital project planning and execution in the electrical generation sector and significant leadership roles at American Transmission Company, where responsibilities encompassed directing project controls and managing projects with capital budgets up to $700M. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
