Kaitlyne Bowden

Kaitlyne Bowden is an experienced professional specializing in lived experience advocacy, focusing on homelessness, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Lived Experience Engagement Specialist at Launch Housing, Kaitlyne amplifies the voices of individuals with lived experience of homelessness in program design and advocacy. Prior roles include the Rainbow Tick Project Officer and Lived Experience Consultant at Berry Street, as well as a Consumer Advisor for Inner Melbourne Community Legal. Kaitlyne has contributed to various initiatives addressing family violence, socioeconomic disadvantage, and youth employment while collaborating with organizations such as Family Safety Victoria and The Constellation Project. Kaitlyne holds multiple qualifications in Youth Work and Business Administration from RMIT University and other institutions.
