Cydney Sanders is a seasoned professional in community program management and marketing, currently serving as the Community Program Manager at Launch NY since May 2025, where responsibilities include fostering inclusive entrepreneurship and supporting high-growth startups. Prior to this role, Cydney worked as Marketing & Outreach lead at TECHBUFFALO, contributing to the development of an inclusive technology community in Western New York. Previous experience includes serving as an Admissions Counselor at D'Youville College, an SEO Specialist at Mainstreethost, and an Operations Associate at M&T Bank, among other positions. Cydney holds a Master of Science in Communication & Leadership from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Niagara University.
