Edwin Tobar

Edwin Tobar, MPP, is currently working as a Program Manager at The Chicago Community Trust in the role of Catalyzing Neighborhood Investment. Prior to this, Tobar held positions at JSD Professional Services, Inc. as a Senior Development Manager and Development Analyst. Before that, Tobar worked at RESSCO Metals Inc. as a Business Operations Manager and at the City of Tempe as a Planning and Development Technician. Tobar holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Arizona State University.
