Cynthia Tatham

Cynthia Tatham is a well-experienced professional in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Launch Underwriters since May 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia held various positions at Paragon Outcomes Management LLC from March 2009 to May 2023, including Partner/Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. Additionally, Cynthia contributed to the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music as a member of the Board of Trustees from October 2018 to October 2021. Early in the career, Cynthia gained experience at UBS Wealth Management and Lehman Brothers, along with a brief stint as a licensed real estate agent. Cynthia holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online, and has educational experience at Universidad de Sevilla and Stuyvesant High School.
