Gigi Neuenfeldt

Gigi Neuenfeldt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Success and Technical Account Management at LaunchDarkly, Gigi previously held various leadership roles at MongoDB, including Director of Account Management, where the focus was on establishing a Global Account Management function. Gigi's career at MongoDB also encompassed roles as Director of Customer Success and Director of Sales Development, where significant contributions included scaling the North America Sales Development Representative organization and enhancing promotion pathways. Prior to MongoDB, Gigi worked at Mondo and Bluewolf, achieving substantial revenue milestones and fostering industry relationships. Gigi co-founded initiatives such as #SellLikeAGirl and the Austin Chapter of MongoDB Women’s Group to promote diversity in enterprise software sales. Gigi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and English Creative Writing from Tulane University and completed Executive Education in Management and Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management.
