Sandra De Los Mozos

Sandra De Los Mozos has extensive work experience in various customer success and consulting roles. Sandra currently holds the position of VP Customer Success & Solutions Consultant at Launchmetrics, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as VP Customer Success Europe from May 2016 to February 2023. Sandra also held the position of Customer Success Director for Spain & Italy at Launchmetrics from January 2016 to April 2016 and from January 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they worked as Customer Care Director from January 2012 to January 2014 and as Consulting & Customer Care Responsible from January 2011 to January 2012 at Launchmetrics. Their career began at Uncommmon (Havas Media) in 2005, where they worked as a TI Consultant until 2008.

Sandra De Los Mozos attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Ingeniería Técnica en Informática with a focus on Gestión. In 2005, they also completed an Advanced Certificate program at the British Council.
