Prior roles include mentoring at LaunchPad Academy, leading strategic accounts at Red Hat, and overseeing sales growth at Jitterbit. Alphonsus has also held positions at Bluewolf, IBM, and as a project manager, building a diverse skill set in client engagement, team leadership, and business development. Alphonsus holds dual degrees in Business Information Systems and Business Finance from Swinburne University of Technology.
