In addition, Michael mentors aspiring SaaS sales professionals at LaunchPad Academy, starting in February 2024. Previously, Michael held significant positions including Chief Revenue Officer at NextMinute and JobAdder, where skills in revenue operations and customer success were honed. Earlier roles include Vice President at ON24 and Ooyala, where achievements in sales and client services were demonstrated, alongside a strong educational background with multiple degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration.
