Ofer Ricklis

Ofer Ricklis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ofer is currently the CTO and Co-founder at Launchpad.build since 2020. Before that, they served as the GM and Head of Digital Fabrication at Veev from 2018 to 2020, where they led multiple teams and implemented innovative operations. From 2015 to 2018, Ofer held the position of VP Global Automation & Additive Manufacturing at Flex, where they drove the implementation of advanced automation and robotics throughout the organization. Ofer also served as the Sr Director of Strategic Partnerships - Engineering at Flex from 2013 to 2015, leading technical and business partnerships. Prior to this, Ofer worked as the Head of Solutions, North America at Better Place from 2011 to 2013, leading the systems design and localization for the US market. Ofer also served as the VP Engineering at Cogenra Solar from 2009 to 2011, leading the development and qualification of the company's product line. Ofer founded Athelos LTD in 2004, an engineering consulting company that provided product development and design services to various industries. Ofer also held positions at Escape Rescue Systems, Scitex Vision (HP Industrial Printing), and IDF, where they had key responsibilities in engineering management and research and development. Overall, Ofer Ricklis has a strong background in engineering, product development, and leadership roles.

Ofer Ricklis began their education at Herzelya High School, although no specific years or fields of study are provided for this period.
