Brad Paden is a Co-Founder & Advisor at LaunchPoint Electric Propulsion Solutions, Inc. Brad also serves on the Board of Advisors at Seismic Capital Company and Gravity Power, LLC. With over three decades of experience, Brad is currently a Professor Emeritus and Professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Brad holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, as well as MS and BS degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
