Caitlin Motherway

Caitlin Motherway has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in various organizations. Caitlin began their career in 2010 as a Program Manager - Graduate School Intern at the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development. From there, they joined CCS as an Associate Director in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Partnership with Children, where they held roles such as Special Projects Manager and later Talent Development Manager. In 2019, Caitlin joined LaunchSquad, initially serving as an HR Manager and eventually transitioning to the role of Director of Talent in April 2022.

Caitlin Motherway pursued their education at Providence College from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on Social Work and Business Studies. Caitlin then went on to attend Columbia University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Social Enterprise Administration.
