Irina is LAUNCHub Ventures Chief Financial Officer, responsible for LP reporting and investor relations. She is also monitoring the portfolio performance and participating in the investment decision-making.

Irina has considerable experience in corporate finance and financial advisory, including acquisitions, VC financing, IPOs, exits, structuring, valuations and due diligence. During her 10 year career in investment banking both in London and in Bulgaria she gained an all-round and in-depth knowledge of issues involved in risk capital transactions.
