Aaron Francois has a diverse work experience. Aaron started as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Borough of Manhattan Community College Learning Resource Center in 2014. In 2015, they joined the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) as the Vice President and later became the Public Relations Director. Aaron also interned as a Media/Comms Planning Intern at Wieden + Kennedy in 2017. Aaron then worked as an Assistant Analyst, Digital Investment at OMD USA, handling accounts for Voya Financial, Toys R' Us, and Babies R' Us. Aaron later joined MediaCom as an Integrated Media and Communications Planner, and eventually became an Integrated Media and Communications Supervisor. Aaron also worked at R/GA as a Senior Connections Strategist. Aaron co-founded Black Visionaries in 2022 and currently works as the Founder. Aaron is also part of the advisory board and co-chairs the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards. Additionally, Aaron is a Coach for MAIP at 4A's. Finally, they recently started working as an Associate Strategy Director at Laundry Service in 2023.
Aaron Francois completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing Advertising & Communications at Baruch College from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in areas such as mentoring, content strategy through a YouTube Brand Partner Program, and video editing with Adobe Premiere CS6 from institutions such as Mentorloop, YouTube, and BRIC (Arts & Media in Brooklyn) between 2015 and 2021.
