Ruxandra Lica has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Ruxandra began their career as a Client Account Manager at Fortuna SRL in 2005, where they worked until 2008. From there, they moved on to Titan.fr - The Nation Traffic SAS, where they served as a Junior Affiliate Manager for a year. In 2009, they joined holdem.ro as a Senior Online Community Manager and stayed with the company until 2011. Ruxandra then joined PokerStrategy.com as a Senior Online Community Manager and worked there for three years, from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are the Chief Customer & Partners Operations at Laundryheap, a leading on-demand laundry and dry cleaning service since December 2015.

Ruxandra Lica earned a Bachelor's degree in Politics from D. Cantemir University, completing their education between 2005 and 2008.
