Katri Ojasalo currently serves as a Board Member at HAUS kehittämiskeskus Oy / HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd since April 2023. Ojasalo has been with Laurea University of Applied Sciences since August 2000, holding positions such as Vice President, Director of Master Level Education, and Principal Lecturer, and leads the Degree Programme in Service Innovation and Design (MBA). Previous roles include Chair of the Finnish Service Alliance from February 2014 to February 2016, Professor of Marketing at the University of Tampere from August 2003 to July 2004, and Researcher at Hanken Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration from January 1994 to April 1999. Ojasalo earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Hanken School of Economics (1995-1999) and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Tampere (1990-1993).
