Penny Olaya

Penny Olaya is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management. Serving as the Controller at Laureate Institute for Brain Research since February 2019, Penny has previously held key positions including Accounting Manager at LIFE Senior Services and World Travel Service, as well as DBR Section Manager at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Notably, as License & Collections Manager for the City of Tulsa, Penny supervised the audit and collection of taxes exceeding $22.5 million annually. Education includes a BA in Accounting from Langston University and studies at Tulsa Community College.
