Joe Allman

Joe Allman is a seasoned sales and retail operations professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Retail Operations Councilor at Laurel Grocery Company since March 2022, Joe focuses on supporting store owners and managers through consultations and regular communication. Previously, Joe held key account management roles at Dairy Farmers of America and Dean Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing ice cream business sales and expanding retail partnerships across the Great Lakes region. Joe's career also features management positions at Bickel's Snack Foods Inc., Kellogg Company, and Keebler Company, demonstrating a strong background in sales team leadership and account management.
