Jasean Richardson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health and transportation services. As the Founder of Compass Liberty Express, LLC since September 2016, Jasean has developed customized transportation, distribution, and warehousing solutions tailored to customer needs. Concurrently, Jasean has worked as a Behavior Data Analyst at Marcus Autism Center since May 2016, focusing on client care for children with Autism and analyzing direct observation data. At Laurel Heights Hospital, in the role of Residential Instructor/Mental Health Associate since August 2015, Jasean has provided direct patient care to children with psychiatric disorders. Additionally, Jasean served as Quality Assurance Lead/Therapist at Community Counseling Solutions from July 2014 to August 2015, where responsibilities included administrative tasks and mental health therapy within a CARF-accredited setting.
