Foday Kanu

Foday Kanu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Foday currently serves as the Director of Operations at Laurel Hill Advisory Group since November 2017. Prior to that, from February 2014 to June 2017, Foday worked as the Director, Client Management at Kingsdale Advisors. In this role, Foday managed client engagements, maintained a portfolio of existing clients, and worked with a team of analysts to compile market intelligence. Before that, from June 2007 to November 2012, Foday held the position of Manager, Customer Solutions at The Globe and Mail. In this role, they managed the Customer Solutions team and handled service delivery and relationships with business-to-business customers. Foday's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Manager at Computershare Canada from February 2000 to February 2007. In this role, they managed a call center and was responsible for coaching and developing a team of supervisors, as well as implementing operational strategies for client satisfaction.

Foday Kanu pursued a Master's degree in English (Modern Communications) at the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2005.
