Jason Loeffler

Jason Loeffler, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nuclear plant operations and project management at Xcel Energy since August 2009. Currently serving as the Director of Site Performance and Ops Support at the Prairie Island Nuclear Plant, Jason provides strategic leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and leadership performance. Previous roles at Xcel Energy include Manager of Nuclear Projects and Supervisor of Nuclear Project Management, focusing on achieving project milestones and overseeing site capital projects. Jason's background also encompasses experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and Jason has contributed to research in computational fluid dynamics at the University of Minnesota. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
