Cara Ding

Cara Ding is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in leading product initiatives within the financial services sector. Currently at Laurel Road since July 2022, Cara oversees the Personal Loan and Credit Card products, focusing on application, underwriting, and servicing platforms. Previously, Cara held senior positions at XUP Payments, spearheading the development of a merchant payment platform, and at Finix, where responsibilities included supporting sales and managing technical implementations. Cara's earlier experience at Fifth Third Bank involved leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and implementing operational improvements through a structured leadership program. Cara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
