Michelle M. is an experienced product manager with a strong focus on data engineering and personalization. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Laurel Road since May 2022, Michelle has successfully led Agile execution across five squads, significantly improving sprint velocity and resolving technical debt. Previously at Allbirds, Michelle generated over $3M in revenue by developing a machine learning-powered recommendation engine. Michelle's tenure at Deckers Brands resulted in substantial revenue growth and conversion improvements through effective digital strategy and mobile platform enhancements. Additionally, Michelle has a background in digital marketing and web management, having contributed to various initiatives at UC Santa Barbara and other organizations. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
