Ryan Raffaele

Ryan Raffaele is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training and leadership. Currently serving as the Learning Development and Delivery Manager at Laurel Road since June 2022, Ryan previously held the position of Learning and Leadership Business Partner at People's United Bank from November 2013 to June 2022. Prior roles include Training Officer II - AVP at JPMorgan Chase from April 2010 to November 2013 and Training Manager at creditanswers from 2009 to 2010. Ryan also gained valuable experience in operations training at GE from 2003 to 2009. Ryan's educational background includes studies at Southern Connecticut State University from 1998 to 2002 and Green Mountain College, along with completion of high school at Greenwich High School.
