Hope Mason

Hope Mason has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hope started their career at Island Coffeehouse and Books as a Volunteer Barista, where they were involved in the development and launch of the establishment. Hope then worked as a Public Relations Intern at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane, where they interviewed families and staff for feature stories and coordinated fundraising events. Hope also had a role as a Communications/Social Media Specialist at the Community Health Association of Spokane, where they created content for digital signage and managed social media accounts. Hope gained customer service experience as a Front Desk Associate at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., providing outstanding service to guests. Hope's experience in the media industry includes roles at Media Plus+ and Media Plus, where they worked their way up to the position of Media Director. Hope has experience in media planning, buying, and campaign analysis. Throughout their career, Hope has demonstrated excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with clients and internal agency teams.
