Toshal Patel

Toshal Patel is an AI Engineer at Lauretta.io since August 2021, specializing in Computer Vision solutions for property management, including surveillance and retail analytics. Currently serving as the Director at Women Devs SG from April 2024, Toshal previously worked as a Research Assistant in Computer Vision and Data Science at the National University of Singapore from July 2018 to July 2021. During this time, Toshal conducted research under the supervision of Dr. Roger Zimmerman and Dr. Tuan Q. Additionally, Toshal gained experience as a Research Intern in 2018 under Dr. Reza Shokri, focusing on computation and communication privacy, and as an Intern at ThreatLandscape in 2017, identifying cyber-attack contexts. Toshal holds a Master's degree in Computing from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College (2014-2018).
